After more than ten years in international leadership roles within the snow removal equipment industry, the last four as deputy managing director, Frederic-Jocelyn Jalbert-Desforges founded Snow One. His teams supported snow-removal operators and businesses across the United States, Canada, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Norway, Turkey and Japan: nine markets, each with its own operating conditions, customer expectations and commercial priorities. Snow One's international market strategy comes directly from that experience: local knowledge adapted to each country, not one playbook applied everywhere.
